Sand Wash Basin, Colorado

If you want to experience a great outdoor adventure while your in Northwest Colorado then travel to Sand Wash Basin.  Sand Wash Basin is located Northwest of Maybell, Co.  This is a preservation for Wild Mustangs and they are a lovely sight to see as they run and play out in their natural habitat.  It  suggests you travel with a 4x4 drive vehicle because the roads could be hard to travel with any other vehicle at times due to the weather.  You can also camp or hike in different areas of the basin.   You have to watch very carefully for the horses but when you see them it is breath taking.  You can drive almost right up to them.  If you do walk towards these lovely creatures becareful because they will protect their young just like any other animal.

You also become fan of Sand Wash Basin organization on facebook.

Zoo World - Panama City Beach, FL

Zoo World is a great little place to take your kids to if you visit the Panama City Beach area.  This Giraffe that is shown in the picture will allow you to feed it and it has no descrimination of ages.  They even have a wolf show you can attend.  This is not a big zoo so it will only take you about an hour or just a little more to go through and look at all the exhibits.  If you want to see some of the shows of course you will be there longer.  This zoo is very clean and also has a kids zone in it where they can play.  It has a nice souvenir shop located at the front of the zoo and is reasonably priced.  I recommend you visit Zoo world if you have children or love animals, it is a great experience.

Southern Inn - Camden, Alabama

Southern Inn Motel & Restaurant is located in Camden, Alabama.  It is only about 19 miles from the local paper mill in Pine Hill, Al.  There are several fishing areas in this local area, so you can enjoy fishing tournaments, family fun, and camping.  This hotel is around the 350.00 a week and it is very cozy.  My family stayed at this location about 6 weeks.  It is American family owned and operated.  The staff is extremely nice and they will help you in any way they can.  The rooms are very nice and the air conditioning works GREAT!!!  I know personally they clean each rooms filters and air conditioners once a month to ensure that they work properly.  I absolutely loved my stay at this motel and we were there for Halloween of 2011 and the owner even gives out candy for all the little ones.  This motel has a pool, washer and dryers, and comes with frigerators and microwaves.  I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area of Camden, Alabama

Liberty inn - Macon, GA

My family's stay at the Liberty inn in 2011 was a very unpleasant one.  Our stay there lasted for about 6 days and they were the longest 6 days of my life.  We got to this town late in the evening and my husband had to be at work early that next morning so we decided we would try to stick it out.  Since we do carry our pet hotels can be hard to find sometimes.  We walked into our room and the floor was nasty and right in front of the refrigerator it was wet for some reason.  The air conditioner never seemed to work, my husband had to come home after working in the heat every day to a room that was muggy.  We did call the front desk and they wouldn't do anything about it.  The day before we left I was walking our dog behind the motel around the dumpster and I noticed a bloody phone cord hanging out off the dumpster.  Freaky, yes!!  It was blood I could tell that it wasn't some other substance, I took enough college classes to know the difference.  It was so bad that the pizza delivery guy made my husband meet him at the front desk to get his pizza, their company would not allow them to come to rooms at that hotel after dark because of liabilities.  Absolutely crazy.  You wonder why we didn't leave after the first night, well they do not offer refunds, so we decided to stick it out.  I would absolutely not ever stay at this motel.  It is very cheap but seems to be extremely dangerous.

Crabs we got them all - Pensacola Beach, Florida

Crabs we got them in Pensacola Beach, Florida is very easy to find so it's location is a good one for tourist.  It seems to be a very friendly environment for all types of people from college students all the way to mothers like myself.  Yes it is a very fast paced restaurant with tons of people coming and going.  They also have an abundance of alcohol flowing through the place.  One con about the alcohol choices would be, they need to serve Budweiser on tap not serve in the tin bottle.  If your beer gets hot fast that usually is a sign the costumer will not refer the place to their friends.  The appetizers was great, a dozen of raw oysters on half shell are to die for.  As for the main course of Alaskan Crab, they were a little hard to crack open and remove the crab meat.  They are not the worst I have eaten by far but they were a little over cooked.  The Mahi-Mahi was cooked very well and I am giving that a great review. Over all Crabs is a decent place to dine just know you are going into a loud environment so it is a great place to take your kids because no one can hear them act up.  The prices are a little on the high side for a working class family but I'm sure you can find coupons or go when they have specials.
